MEDEA ACADEMY OVERVIEW
The MEDEA Academy, co-organized by an international partnership, is designed to offer a unique multidisciplinary training experience for early career researchers and stakeholders who are focusing on the different domains related to innovation in integrated care services. The Academy, through a multi-disciplinary and cross-sectors perspective, will deliver formal teaching, practical experiences and working groups over a period of 4 days around enabling technologies, health, social science, service policies and sustainability. Training will be delivered by a multidisciplinary team of experts with a track record in research, co-design, implementation and evaluation of technology-based healthcare services. They will share their knowledge and expertise to co-design, deliver and assess the impact of innovative solutions and services. A number of exemplar Case Studies and best practices at local and European level will be discussed.
Due to the strong international connotation, its specific education format, the coaching and the intense working group activities, the Academy will strength the synergy between research and services communities and enable strategies to promote collaboration, best practice sharing and introduction of service innovation towards a more effective, sustainable, personalized home integrated care.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS ESTABLISHED BY JUNE 10th, 2023.
REQUIREMENTS
Early career researchers including PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and researchers (with less than 5 years experience following undergraduate study) are invited to apply.
Public or private Organizations involved in for Home Integrated Care services can apply for a delegate. Delegates benefit from a special rate as specified below.
Participant places will be limited to 30.
HOW TO APPLY
You are required to fill in the Application form.
Candidates will be selected based upon their CV and the expressed reason for applying.
Once completed, you must send it along with your CV to the Coordinator Committee emails addresses: (Elena Tamburini) project@medeaproject.eu.
Selection will be based on the material submitted. The co-ordinator will reply to you within 5 working days.
After receiving the acceptance for your participation to the Academy you have to connect to the portal and Register.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES
- Academy access Monday to Thursday.
- Refreshments: Coffee breaks and lunches Monday to Thursday.

ACCOMODATION
Accommodation of Students and Delegates will be managed by the Organizing Committee in the Academy premises at the following special rates:
- Silver Accommodation Monday to Thursday: 300,00 € in double room.
- Gold Accommodation Monday to Thursday: 550,00 € in single room.
REGISTRATION NOT INCLUDE
- Evening meals (Tuesday to Thursday) and Accommodation on Sunday 25th, if needed.
- Participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements.
MODALITIES OF PAYMENT
Payments are accepted by credit card and bank money transfers (national or international bank money transfers in euro for which the transmitter pays all bank charges).
